Called on a Saturday hoping they could come out same day. Got ahold of the owner he said he was out of town but gave me his sons number. I called and he was able to come out. He was at my house within 45 minutes. Bradley got my garage opened quickly. He was awesome! Would definitely call them again.

Called this garage door company. He was able to come out the same day. I was ready to pay for a complete garage system. He suggested that my current system was fine and I just needed a few things fixed. He was able to address all of my concerns and saved me a ton of money. Garage door went off track and dented on a Saturday morning. Marshall came out and fixed in a matter of minutes. He was very familiar with our garage door model and we'd have no hesitation in calling him again.

Our garage door would not open, both of our vehicles were in the garage, but most importantly, my brother's memorial service was to be held the next day, so we needed it fixed immediately. My husband called a number of repair services, but none could come out that day. Then he called Marshall, even though he was going out of town, he said he would come right away. Not only did he fixed it to work for the mean time, until he could order us a new one, his price was so much less. Marshall installed our new door and we could not be happier. I called Marshall door service and imediately got professional service!! David answered all my questions, gave me a bid right over the phone, and scheduled to install both of our openers the VERY NEXT DAY! The next day, he showed up ON TIME with Bradlee and they efficiently and quickly installed both openers. Bradlee and David explained how to use our openers and then cleaned up their work area. I can not express enough at what a pleasant and professional experience we had with Marshall Door Service! Lastly, David provided us with the information we needed to replace our window garage door panels and the phone number for the local retailer to purchase them....he even took his time to show my husband how to take out the old panels and install the new ones so that we could save money by doing it ourselves!! Fast, quality work, for an honest and fair price! Would definitely recommend! He fixed my garage door, by replacing a few parts and tightening some bolts, while another company told me I needed to repair the entire door.

David was very professional, fast (which to me means he knows his job well) and was thorough. He made sure that when he left, my garage door worked the best it could. He reallh knows his work and even gave helpfull tips. I would 110% recommend.

After trying three other companies in Fresno over the years that were less than stellar, I randomly picked Marshall Door Service out of the phone book. That was my lucky day!!! David really knows his stuff and is what I would describe as the rare truly honorable person. He has already done several repairs, each one with excellent results.

I needed my door fixed ASAP. It was a Saturday and my usual service was unable to fix it, but they did refer me to Marshall Door Service. He gave me a reasonable time expectation and showed up when he said he would. He had great knowledge of my door (~6-7yr) Overhead Door. I don't feel like I was over charged, it was the weekend, and he was quick to repair it. It operates much better, realigned tracks, corrected some dents and structural issues that occurred through normal use. Very confident in my door repair, I would definitely use him again.

I had gotten a quote from Phillips Garage Door to install two Clopay doors (15'10"x7' and 9'x7') which I bought from Home Depot, the quote was over $1,400--plus $60 per door opener re-hang fee-- with an install date 10 days out. Because the doors had "homeowner install" springs and hardware kit, Phillips wanted to instead install professional springs and hardware, so perhaps this was the reason for the $1,500 quote. Mostly, I think the quote was because I live in the 93711 zip code and was getting "special" zip code pricing. In any event, there was no way I was going to pay that much, if it came down to it I would have instead installed it myself (the original plan until I injured my foot during the 9 weeks I was waiting for the door, but that will be a different review). I decided to call around, and got in touch with David at Marshall Garage Doors, who quoted me $150 per door, plus a $25 opener re-hang. Oh, and he was available to come out the next morning. He showed up right on time, and when he saw that the hardware was "owner install" springs and hardware, he realized that it would take him a lot longer because it was an unfamiliar system, but he did _not_ even re-quote me at that time. I immediately told him that whatever extra he thought was fair, that would work for me. He installed my doors quickly and professionally, was very pleasant and knowledgeable to chat with, and at the end of the install asked only for a $50 PIA fee (Pain In the You-Know-What), which I thought was more than fair. I could not recommend this business more highly, especially if you live in an area with "special pricing", which David said he does not ever do because it's not fair. I came away convinced that I should have just called him first, and not gone to Home Depot at all, and I would have had better doors professionally installed months ago. As far as I'm concerned, there's simply no reason to do business with anyone other than Marshall's when it comes to garage doors.

Crashed into my door on a holiday weekend, called David he was out the same day for repair! Others told me I'd have to wait until Tuesday and this was Sunday and David was there for me! Professional as always and very fair prices. I was so grateful, thank you David

I called David on a Saturday. He gave me a quote right over the phone. He showed up on time. He installed a new door and a new opener in about 2 1/2 hours.

My garage door opener quit working and called around and Marshall door was the lowest quote, he came out within the hour expecting to install a new opener, turns out it was a small fix. Very honest, fast and would recommend to family and friends!!

Just wanted to say that David was SO professional & knowledgeable AND a great communicator. I am SUPER pleased what & how he fixed my problems!!! I would recommend him in a "heartbeat" and am thrilled he came to help me. I asked him to attach his business card right by my door openers on the wall and he'd already done that. Now I know WHO I will immediately call when I need help. This wonderful man deserves a raise. Thank you for coming thru for me in am emergency (I couldn't get my car out of the garage) & it was SO hot outside that is a medical problem for me, so it made anxiety worse. THANK YOU DAVID......
